CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, AND NO SHOW POLICY
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and requests to reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests for services booked on Monday must be made and confirmed on the Friday prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be subject to paying 50% of the services booked.

No shows are subject to paying 100% of the service fee for the missed appointment.
If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact Cove Collective at 479-405-9644 within 24-hours of your appointment so that the situation may be properly addressed and corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional services and products customized exclusively for your skin type and condition(s).
Product Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at info@blackwoodbeautynwa.com within 48-hours of your purchase/pickup so that the situation may be properly addressed and corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized exclusively for your skin type and condition(s).
Online Sales Return Policy
Discrepancies
All claims for missing or incorrect items in a shipment must be reported within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement. Products must have been purchased directly from Blackwood Beauty's Circadia Retailer site.

Returns
Should you wish to start a return, products must have been purchased directly from Blackwood Beauty NWA, LLC. All items must be unexpired and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Returns exceeding 30 days after purchase date up to one year will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased greater than 1 year ago are no longer eligible for return/credit. Proof of purchase from Blackwood Beauty must be provided. All items returned must have a minimum of 6 months expiration period remaining.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that your products have been received. Upon return approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue a product credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for credit, depending on your credit card or bank policies.
