Booking Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations for Monday must be made
and confirmed on the Friday prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to
provide 48 hours' notice, you will be subject to paying 50% of the missed appointment. Online appointments must be made 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the booking time. Any booking requests made through this website are considered requests only and are not booked until an email confirmation is received.
If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact your practitioner with 24-hours of your appointment so that the situation may be properly addressed and
corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional service and products
customized exclusively for your skin type and condition(s).

Pick Up Order Instructions
Please wait for notification that your order is ready before heading to the studio to pick up your order. All orders should be picked up at Cove Collective in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. To pick up your order, please present your order confirmation and a photo ID to the receptionist. Cove Collective is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturdays 10am to 2pm by appointment. If you need to pick up your order on a Saturday, please notify Sierra by texting or calling (479) 329-9945.
